I want the public to be able to read and see my myspace but i want to hide all other pictures from people who are not my friends, anyone know how?

Those people didn't read your question. Or, they're retarded.
Anyway, go to add/edit photos, and you'll be able to set each album to Public or Private. If you make all your albums private, people can only see the main pic on your profile.
