ok first off you didnt have to type in all caps. :] and if you have firefox you can see everything. like peoples hidden music players and their hidden top friends. i love it. to do it open up firefox go to the profile you wanna see. click: view, then page style, then no style. then everything should show up.

if he's on your friendlist, just look for him on the friendslist page, and underneath him there'll be an online now icon. however, it usually takes a few minutes for an online now icon to go away after you sign off myspace, so he could be telling the truth and still have the icon.
if hes not on your friendlist, download mozilla firefox, go to his profile, click on your toolbar view - page style - no style.
that should remove his code, but that may not be truthful, id stick with having him on your friendlish

you know that a person is online when it says "online now"
even if its private, it still says it, now you can add that person, and once that person adds you, then it wont be private, because he or she added you as a friend.
