How do I hide myspace region?

I want it to just say "Untied States" for my location on my myspace. No city No region just that. I have seen people with just untited staes as theire location mut you have to chose a region/state. And I'm not talking about the city part because I know you can detle that part. But how do I make it so theres no region? I repeat agian you HAVE to chose a region and it dosn't let you delete it but theres people with just united staes as thire location. How do I do that? Please help!
